The Hawthorne Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal is the next generation service site for the City of Hawthorne permitting, and planning records, applications, and requests.

CSS users can complete multiple City processes for the application or completion of Permits or Plans. Users can view the current status of a Permit, or Plan record, as well as call for inspections, or review their plan submittals.
