Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2075 held a luncheon for veterans on Saturday, November 20, 2022 at their VFW location in Hawthorne. City officials, along with Congresswoman Maxine Waters and Senator Steven Bradford came together to greet the vets and have a nice lunch with them. Food was provided from donations from Food 4 Less, Costco, and VFW Post 2075 members. Special Thanks to Hawthorne Interact Club and the Naval ROTC from Hawthorne High for their time volunteering with helping passing out food!
