The Kiwanis Club of Hawthorne & the Rotary Club of Hawthorne/LAX/Lennox hosted their annual Hawthorne Police and Fire Recognition Luncheon on June 4th at the Hawthorne Memorial Center.

Hawthorne Police Officer Erick Peraza was recognized as 2024 Police Officer of the Year and LA County Fire Fighter Amjad Kirrish was recognized as 2024 Firefighter of the Year.
