The City of Hawthorne Community Services Department held their annual Halloween Spooktacular Carnival outside City Hall on Saturday, October 26th. The Carnival had games, trunk or treating, jumpers, face painting, a costume contest and much more. The free event is a great opportunity to have fun in a safe environment.
