City Council had two proclamations during this meeting. 

First, A Proclamation for the American Lung Association for Turquoise Week and their 120th year of brining awareness to lung cancer. The Mayor and Council thanked the representative for their work and contributions to the City of Hawthorne.

Followed by a Proclamation to two city employees who were presented the Good Neighbor Award. These two employees recognized; Kimberly Duran from HPD and Adrian Gerardo from the Public Works Equipment Division.
