Human Resources Director Erika Lampkin presented Good Neighbor Awards to 8 employees from the Public Works Department for their help during Hurricane Hilary.

The team exhibited extraordinary commitment and dedication to duty during the recent hurricane and reported to work outside their normal working hours. Staff distributed over 2,000 sandbags to residents and also provided a quick response to flooding at the Bridge of Hope housing shelter and maintained a presence their during the night.
