West Basin Municipal Water District currently offers the Change and Save Program which provides a free water conservation kit and up to $500 for the purchase of a qualifying high-efficiency clothes washer for eligible residents. The chat will begin with a brief overview of the program, and will be followed by a Q&A session, where staff will answer any specific questions you have about the program.
