Free Hawthorne Landlord/Tenant Walk-In Clinic

The Fair Housing Foundation will be holding a Landlord/Tenant Walk-in Clinic on housing issues at the Hawthorne Housing Department located at 4455 West 126th St. 1st Floor  Hawthorne, CA 90250 on Monday November 6, 2023 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Fair Housing Foundation will provide information to residents and landlords one on one with housing issues or questions. This can include landlord/tenant disputes, lease agreements, discrimination, repairs, evictions, security deposits, disability accommodations and modifications rent increases occupancy issues and much more.

The Fair Housing Foundation services residents of the city of Hawthorne. We are contracted by the city of Hawthorne and receive funds through the Community Development Block Grants. We educate the public about Fair Housing rights and responsibilities through workshops, trainings, and community events. FHF provides mediation and counseling services through our housing assistance hotline 1-800-446-FAIR (3247) and walk-in clinics. We also investigate issues of discrimination related to housing.

Founded in 1964, the Fair Housing Foundation (FHF) is a private, non-profit, non-partisan educational agency dedicated to promoting the enforcement of fair housing laws and encouraging an atmosphere of open housing through education, enforcement activities, counseling services, and outreach programs.
